Sure, Nissan manufactured Hundreds of Thousands of L motors and 14,000 U-20's.
Which one do ya think is easier to get parts for? I can go to NAPA and get a
piston set for my L-16 for just over 100 bucks and IT"S IN STOCK!
An L18 is a high performance motor that can easily be developed to exceed any
race built U-20.
The L20B is a bit tall for a roadster but with a well engineered swap, you wont
have to cut the hood
