Lots of fabrication. There may be other options, but I would think the
following would be your main choices:
1. find a donor car with similar frame rail width & use the subframe
complete with steering rack & lower control arms - you'd then have to
modify/replace upper control arms and/or uprights.
2. complete hot rod Mustang II setup - heidt's or similar
3. build a new frame with whatever you want on it.
Funnily enough, #3 is by far the hardest, but somehow that's where I ended
up... sigh.
