I have heard that they are identical, but the 1600 uses only 6 bolts and the
2000 has 12 bolts. You could have a machine shop drill the other 6 holes
if needed? I also compared them both (have spares of both) and don't
really see much difference other than the extra bolt holes in the 2000.
