Changing tranny / diff oil tips?

I want to change to Redline MTL for tranny, Redline 75-90 for the diff - are
these the right choices?

I've not done this before, any tips / instructions for changing the tranny
and diff oils?  I do have one of those little vacuum pumps laying around,
though I've never used it.

Appreciate any help you can give - oh, this is on the '69 2000.  Thanks,
