A few years back, I bought a "Club" like device that hooks onto the brake
pedal and the steering wheel.  You can't steer, and you can't push down on
the brake pedal.  I can't remember the make, but I likely still have the
bill.  Luckily it was purchased at an auto parts store that still wrote out
their bills by hand.  If I  can find the bill, I'll give as much info as it
has on it.
