I think I've got worn u-joints in one of my Datsuns, plus I've never
changed or inspected a u-joint. I bet most if not all of them are 30+
years old. So I bought u-joints at AutoZone (p/n 1-0027) and it has a
zerk fitting for greasing. I don't recall any of mine having a zerk
fitting; does this sound like the correct one? It is listed as the
driveshaft u-joint for a bunch of Datsuns including 240z, 521, etc.
Also, do I need any special tools? Some websites talk about tapping the
old one out, it doesn't look too hard... Any first-hand gotchas in
u-joint replacement?
