I bought a 69, 1600 basket case one year ago. So far $10,000 in restoration 
and that was to make the car solid and safe. So far no cosmetic work and not 
planning any, but it's safe and solid to drive. It will be done in about 3 
weeks. Gonna drive the heck out of it this summer, go to car shows and have 
fun. I 
figure I'll hand it down to my Godson who is presently 8 years old.
