Subject: Datsun Posters:
Hello all, Just in today!! I had some beautiful reproductions made of the
Nissan point of sale poster. This is the poster with the 67.5 2000 that was
restored by Les Cannaday for the dream garage series. I had purchased one
on
E-bay and there were a few people interested in that piece when I bought it
At the request of the people that also wanted a copy I went through the
trouble of reproducing it. I sent the original to a graphic artist who did
all of the work, the poster was scanned with a high resolution drum scanner.
The artwork included cleaning up the wrinkles, color correction etc. The
poster was then sent to the studio for reproduction. I had a very limited
run
made of these, and don't expect to make more as I am only covering the cost
of
the project. They are 47 dollars each and include shipping with that price
in
the US. Here are the details on the poster.
Printed in a professional lab.
Printed on Kodak Ultra Endure paper
Digitally exposed on a Color Laser writer.
The paper has State-of-the-art image stability
These are not cheap poster's they are true photographic prints, they look
better than the original. If you are interested let me know, I have a
sample
photo that I can send if you need to see it. This truly is a great addition
to any garage art, especially for us Datsun roadster fanatics. The only way
it would get better is if we could get Les to sign them for us, I know I
sure
would like mine to get signed!!
Thanks, Gerardo
