B cam grind versus A cam grind.

I am currently running a B cam but its larger amounts of overlap are
undesirable for a project I am working on.

Should I get my B cam and followers reground or should I just try to obtain
an A cam-followers?  I have not officially crunched any numbers yet as to
how much or how little overlap I want.
