Find someone building a Spec Miata car or find a Spec Miata list. There's
bound to be one or more. I would be primarily concerned about the basic seat
structure and wouldn't worry too much about the condition of the covers or
the speakers. You can replace both fairly cheaply anyway, installing better
speakers and having the color and material you want.
I've got to decide if I want to use the set that came with our roadster,
although I'm not in any hurry to make major changes any time soon.
