OT dot rod

I was reading an article on rodandcustom.com this moring about car 
customizer Dick Dean -

One of the pictures is of a "dot Rod" kit car that used the chassis and 
power train from a Datsun. Says that the info packet sold for $10. I've 
had a similar idea for a while and would love the know more about this. 
Anyone ever get the plans?
