I've read the 311s.org article plus numerous other postings on the Volvo
disk brake conversion. I am curious as the benefits of this swap because the
only thing I have read so far is that the Volvo brake parts are cheaper and
easier to obtain.
- are they?
- what's the cost of conversion vs. a standard overhaul of the the stock
Roadster brakes?
- do they perform significantly better, or is this just a conversion for the
racer/engine swap crowd?
