throwout bearing

Hello to all

This may be a dumb question but ,,,  datsun 2000

i have the transmission out of the 5 spd  2000,  how do i install a new
clutch throwout
bearing on the small shaft its on ,  i have a new bearing but not sure how
it comes off ..or if its
all one piece
