You might try wheelcomponents.com p/n 7502. It has a .61" shank (with
what looks like a .68" shoulder for the washer or maybe just a stepped
bore in the wheel). The washer size, if included, isn't listed, but you
could give them a call and ask. At $1.50 a pop, it wouldn't hurt to try...
