I bought the polishing kit from Eastwood several years ago. I used it on my
'56 Chevy. The previous owner had put in some really deep windshield wiper
scratches. It toned the scratches down, but didn't completely get them out.
My expectations were low, so I was happy with the results. I have no idea how
it would work on haziness.
You'll have to decide whether it's worth the investment in time and money to
try it. As I recall, the polishing compound is toxic stuff (contains silica).
Even though you wet the compound down, you'll need a respirator to keep from
breathing any silica dust.
