So, has the car 'failed', or you havn't tried yet?  It should pass with your
setup.  I have a heck of a time each year getting mine to pass, but that is
with Solex and 'B' cam.  I've got to change jets, and lean idle mix to the
point where it will barely run.  Of course, after passing, it gets put back
to 'running' condition.
