The secret to using POR15 or any other similar paint is to take out of the
can the amount you will think you will use and then reseal the can quickly
without getting the paint on the can sealing areas which can be accomplished
as I do it all the time.
As long as the can isn't exposed to air for too long it will remain good for
quite a while.
BTW, I don't recommend spraying it w/o fresh air supply system and
definitely not in your garage or near your house. I use foam brushes which
will soak up less paint than a roller.
