I had my 1600 not start at all one day about 20 years ago, and I could not see
anything wrong. It was towed to my local mechanic who later told me he moved a
wire near the firewall and coil a few inches over, taped it in place, and
started it up.
The problem never happened again. And I have no idea what it was.
He charged me $5.00.
