Somebody many years ago 'electrified' his car as a theft deterent and it
worked I guess but a dog taking a whizz on the wheels was electrocuted and
the guy was prosecuted for something and found guilty.

I thought it was quite funny but it is too bad the dog died and not the
owner who allowed the dog to do that.
