Without having my roadster in front of me.  I believe one is for the cowl 
drain.  If the cowl drain hose is missing, you'll need to buy one from our 
vendors or rig up something yourself.

There are several other openings for the tach cable, speedometer cable, hood 
release cable, etc.  If any of the above are missing, there is the source of 
the hole.
