If it turns out to be the pump after all.......Where did you get the pump? If
it was from Nissan they should warranty it for a year or 12,000 miles. If it
is a factory pump and you have the receipt and you have trouble returning it
send it to me with your vin info, receipt and mileage and I'll warranty
exchange it for you no charge except for the nominal freight . I have 50 of
this pump variant in stock in new bar coded boxes. Dean

Last year, while replacing the Water Pump on my 67.5 1600, I decided
to also replace the Fuel Pump, since it was at least 15 years old. Well,
this weekend at the autox, the Fuel Pump died on me. I get gas to the
Pump, but nothing to the SUs. It seems strange that the old pump would
last so long, but the new one died in about a year. Is it possible that I
just
got a defective pump? Any other ideas?
