Lose the bun and the fries, they are Totally loaded with carbs (bad stuff
according to Adkins). For a better, more scientifically enlightling read
about this, look up "Protein Power" (book) . Forgot the author' name, but
it's two doctors - husband and wife team. Even those folks can't explain why
a diet with high protein and fat (but low carbs) would help lower bad
chlorestral, but for some reason it does. The scientific community is
starting to look at this with a less jaundiced eye.
