Isnt this a single -res master ? If im not mistaken, that is just a
distribution block, and not really a "valve" (someone step in if i'm wrong on
this one - never messed w/ the old system on a roadster) (Normally the
valve is used to isolate Fr or Rr systems in case of failure of either one on
a dual line system) If there was something wrong with it, youd get hard pedal
& no brakes.

most likely you have 2 things going on....1) something still not quite
right w/ the cylinders/master You said you only did the master... did you
bleed it from the cylinders, or at the master itself ? - could be an air
bubble inside of it somewhere...) Also, replacing *any* piece in the
hydraulic system puzzle could stir up "gunk" in the system and lead to
failure of the otherwise "good" parts of the system. Hoses ? If you're hoses
are worn and flexing there can be a problem there.... crawl under & see if
they are "bulging" when someone steps on the brakes.

You also need to make sure all of the shoes are adjusted - are the old
adjusters like the ones on the rear of the late models ? If they are too far
out, that little master may have problems getting enough fluid out to all of
the cyls..

 2) Lights: check & double check all the wires/connections at all the ends.
Could this be a simple switch failure ?

just some thoughts....
