Pulling a 2L, pulling parts needed

I understand that the U-20 came equipped with 2 pull points.  Unfortunately, 
the PO must have removed them. I am told they were attached to the farthest 
rear exhaust manifold studs and the top stud of the upper timing plate on the 
head.  

Does anyone have them for loan or sale as I am pulling my 2L Solex to redo the 
tranny?
