I bought some rat and mice 'food' that works well. I sometimes see their
desiccated bodies lying around. It's a pellet type of food that the mice
like and kills them by making them bleed to death.

I place it all around the garage.

I bought some at Home Depot several years ago.

I just use my .22 cal high-powered expensive pellet rifle for bigger
varmints like squirrels. Silent and deadly.
