        - can you use belts from others datsuns (Z's, 510's, etc)??

Don't bother! You can't get them. NLA from Nissan. Even the biggest Z Vendor
just gives you that notorious "Blank Stare" when yaou ask for them. Wanted a
new set for my 72 240Z. Nothing. Nada. Nilch. Then a set hit Ebay. I got all
excited and bid $120.00. That didn't even earn me sniping rights. They sold
for over $300.00!
