Mechanic support in Dallas

Not that it is urgent but I would be interested in getting a lead on a 
good Roadster mechanic in Dallas area.  Someone that doesn't mind me 
looking over their shoulder and asking lots of questions...  Some things 
I am just not up to speed yet and will need some help on.
