On the early motors the front hook was under the aluminim thermo housing and
sandwiched between that part and the head. On later cars there's a 10mm stud
on the front of the head.

The rear hook is held by the head bolt closest to the driver.

You may have to get creative for the front hook replacement like using the
opposite head bolt as the rear bolt.
