I have an oil leak that I want to track down the source of. Oil gathers at
the bottom of the tranny near the front- by the bellhousing. It has been
doing this for quite some time.
I replaced the oil pan gasket, poured about 2 quarts in and in a few days,
about 2 teaspoons were in my drip pan- which was under the front of the
tranny.
Also in the lower corners of the tranny bellhousing, there are 2 holes that
don't have bolts in them. This sounds like a stupid question- but shouldn't
there be a bolt and nut there?
I posted a photo on my site-

It has done this since I started driving the car, and I never had any clutch
slippage.
Roadster sighting in a movie- "Desperate But Not Serious" For a brief time,
there is a bright pink high windshield in it. I was flipping channels and
came across it by accident. Other than the car, the movie looked horrible.
I also took my son to his first classic car parade. Turns out that was a
mistake as we were in a particularly unpatrolled part of the route, and
there were many burnouts done in our area. It was a bit loud for a 12 week
old, but I loved it. We had to leave for his sake, so I don't know if any
Datsun's were in it, but Minnesota sure has a lot of impressive 'Cudas.
