Along the same lines, Huggies Naturals (purchased at Sam's for about $11.96
for 578) will clean
the crud out from under your nails and off your skin after working on a car.

This is a long shot, but try baby diaper wipes (e.g. Wet Ones). They do
wonders to clear up hazy and yellowing convertible plastic windows. I
don't know if they'll work on a washer bottle though as the plastic is
denser and not clear.
