What I find so appealing about old cars is their simplicity w/o engine bays
covered in vacuum lines, electrical senders and other various stuff that
makes the ground impossible to see. If I want all that FI crap I can always
use my Miata or look at any jap car with wires and hoses going all over the
place.

BMWs and Mercedes have the most organized bays and the jap cars the least
appealing ones.

Maybe I just don't "get it" or I'm an old fart but I like the Roadsters
simple - kinda like the way my brain works :)

I like tinkering with SUs and I enjoy youngsters who just stare at them and
say "What the f--k are those?" and a few Nissan mechanics too!
