In the final steps toward putting my roadster back on the road, one of the
last major hurddles will be to figure out how to re-install my vaccume
advance. I have a new distributor, and a intake I swapped off a parts car.
The old vaccume advance tube had a kink in it so I threw it away. Now I
need a new tube and the fittings to connect it to the distributor. That
should be the easy part. The hard part is, the new manifold just has a 1/8"
nipple on it. Is this normal? What fitting should I use to attach to it?
My old vaccume line was a hard copper line...can I use a flexible vaccume
line? If so how does it attach to the distributor. I can be creative but I
figured I would see if there were any suggestions on the list.
Thanks
