Timing gears

I know this is everyone's favorite topic as of late, but I've just pulled 
my gears off my U20 and posted some pictures on my website.  If some of 
ya'll are inclined, I would appreciate it if you could take a couple 
minutes and hop over and give me your opinion on them.  Naturally, my 
concern is wear and whether or not they warrant replacement.  Thanks
