I can't get on your site to see the pictures.
To remove the fan clutch:
1) Remove fan, thermostat module, and clutch band.
2) In the center of the "cross" there is a flat head bolt that requires an
allen wrench. It is a left hand thread. .
3) Remove four bolts that hold the clutch ring (cup shaped thingy) and fan
pulley in place. The clutch ring and the "cross" can be removed with a pair
of wedges, screwdrivers, or whatever. The "cross" has to be worked out as
it is a VERY tight fit.
4) Replace all of the above worthless junk with a spacer, a four blade fan,
and four long bolts.
