I disagree that a bad report is not of interest. If we have a bad actor all 
should have the opportunity to learn about it or at least to carefully 
consider the circumstances before being hurt themselves. There very well may 
be extenuating circumstances; but from all we have read the picture seems 
doubtful.
Similarly, if we have a good report it should also be passed along.
if a good report is valid why is not a bad one?
