There's a guy in Sweden with a 3-wheel delivery moped
(2 front wheels and a flat bed in the front) with an
Oldsmobile Tornado V8 & drivetrain. He also have one
where he swapped the 1 hp 50 cc engine for a Honda
CB750 engine but he said this wasn't fast enough.

Just as weird as V8 powered lawnmovers.
