The reality of the situation with this car is that the title is a good
title. I have NEVER had anyone want to check the vin on the car - even on
cars that were from out of state. If they do check the vin, I bet that they
will pop the hood and look at the vin tag - not the frame. If they do, the
buyer of this car is home free. If you get someone who is very thorough and
KNOWS ROADSTERS, then you may have an issue.
I doubt that the new owner will have problems transferring the title.
