In the interest of safety, I am in the process of installing JC Whitless
horns, but my horn wiring is (and always has) caused me fits. It was
intermittent before steering wheel swap (horns have been cleaned, inspected
with no positive results), worked fine after the wheel swap but seemed to
only blow outta one side. Started the replacement by trying the old horn,
heard a click, and then nothing, no click the second time. Installed the new
one, nothing. Is the horn relay readily available, is it shared with the
510's (as parts places listing books always end at 1970)? Should I take it
apart and clean? Note: my car had a PO fire, so wire colors from firewall
forward are a variety (and numerous crimped connectors) at best.
