Mouser.com is an electrical supply company that usually does not have a
minimum order (they are sympathetic to people trying to build one of
something) Their 3M tubing in 4' lengths in any color is about a buck :)

If you're closer to Burbank than Westminster, Electronic City on Victory
(I think) Boulevard probably still has it too. I got my yellow stuff
there ages ago.
