Subject: 66 Roadster
Do you know anyone who may be interested in
purchasing my 66 Roadster? I have enjoyed pampering it for the last 12+
years, but I can no longer give it the attention it deserves. Two
wonderful and active boys, not to mention a multitude of home projects, lead
me
to this decision.
The car is SPL311 - 01066 with engine # R -
02076. I installed a factory new short block (came with the car and I
still have the original engine) several years ago, and only have driven
approximately 2000 miles since then. The car has 96,858 original miles,
new soft top and tonneau, hardtop (with portal windows), steel/aluminum mesh
wheels, factory fog lights, original interior (no rips in seats or dash
cracks). It has no rust but has suffered some minor nicks and dings
(broken mirror and a few small dents) from little ones knocking about in the
garage.
The car is complete, and with a little TLC would
become a great showpiece. Please pass this along to your fellow
enthusiasts, as I want it to remain in good hands.
