  Craig,

  As a LAST resort, if you can reach the top of the bolt and are VERY careful, 
grab a flathead screwdriver and try to counter rotate the bolt out by creating 
an indentation in what's left of the headbolt.  You basically tap on the end of 
the screwdriver with a hammer carefully rotating the headbolt out.  Slow going, 
but it's worked for me in the past.
