Hi There's a 289ci Ford V8 Datsun 2000 currently for sale in England which has headers passing through both inner wings and an exhaust coming out through neat holes in the sills (you call them rocker panels?) just before the rear wheels - nice job though the car suffered a front end smash in the USA before it came over here - it has stock brakes.
