this.
About a week ago I asked the list why my old brake shoes were worn out on 1
side
but OK on the other side. After reading everyones replies (thanks) I
decided to go
ahead and replace the wheel cylinders.
After pulling the cylinder off on one side, I decided to also take off the
brake adjustor and
clean it up. Should both wedges pop out, cause only 1 came out and the
other seems to
be frozen. Any tips on how to get the other one out?
Does the pointed adjustor screw come all the way out of the housing, or only
to a certain point?
Is anyone using speedbleeders on their master cylinder? If so, are they the
same size as on the brakes?
Should you always bleed the master cylinder? If I'm not mistaken, I should
bleed the m/c first and then
the brakes?
Thanks for your help, and hope you Solvangers have a blast...Robert - 67.5
