Can't get my gas cap off

Dearest List,

Anyone have a tip on trying to get my locking gas cap off?  It's
a locking cap that I recently bought, and had keys made for.
It's been working fine for a few months, until yesterday.  The
key won't turn at all.  Is it frozen?  How can I get it off?
