That note in the registration mailing for older vehicles is not as drastic as
it has been
made out to be, and I for one don't think that they expect that any but
clunkers with one
wheel in the junkyard are going to be turned in for that $500 bounty. No one is
/forcing/
the owners of older cars to do anything (yet... ).
