The general concensus is that the B cam works very well with the SU's. The B
cam/Solex combination was geared more toward high-rpm work and gave up some
down low (like under 3000 rpm). For street driving the B cam/SU's is quite
well-rounded.

I had to get a cam with my valve job. Which got me to thinking,
I don't recall anyone posting if there's any benefit to running a
B cam with SU's? I have gathered the SU's are a better choice for daily
driving, so am not contemplating carb switch. But I WAS wondering if
the B cam would improve the perf any with SU's? I assume that if it
did, it would be high rpm.
