Hey Mike - different technologies, AC, power steering - that to me is very
different. The only similarities are the basic layout. PLEASE don't get me
wrong - I like the Miata. There are a couple of turbo Miata's in town that
are very cool and fast. I came very close to buying a Miata on more than
one occasion. I can only justify one sports car (Ok two with the custom -
different story) and could not stand the thoughts of selling my Roadster.

Phil,
I disagree with you. Miatas and Roadsters are one and the same, just
different technologies employed; one is from the early 60s and the
other one
from the late 80s.
What can I say? I like A/C if needed and my arthritic shoulder and
neck
likes power steering. I also like it that I can put my top up in
about 1
minute - and it doesn't leak!!!!!!
FWIW, I get grease under my finger nails working on my Miata too!
Grease is
grease.
Mike
