Radiator Pressure

Hi List,
My 1600 just split a seam on the top of the radiator. No big deal, I will 
still be at the Glen next week. The guys that recored the radiator 3 years 
ago said my pressure was too high. I can't seem to find anything on what that 
pressure should be. I am running a 16 PSI cap on my overflow and the stock 
cap on the filler.
WHAT PRESSURE CAP SHOULD I HAVE ?????
