NOWROC website

The NOWROC web site finally is down for awhile. Daniel is
working on securing a new location for us. I have the web site on my
hard drive. I can put some of it up under my new web site. If
needed I can put up the news and information stuff up and also
the Shasta trip plans up. Let me know if this will help until we
secure the new site.
