I have various sizes in stock. Give me an email offlist and we can
discuss size and price. They are fine for normal street application.
Having said that, now you have two emails from two very experienced
roadster bud's who wouldn't use them in a turbo application.
They are just OK quality.
I suppose you could use them if you kept the boost down, and never
detonate, but I wouldn't really suggest it. Mike Kerr emailed that
they are what he used, so obviously it can be done. (BTW, our prayers
are with you and Corrine, Mike)
I'd run the 2L crank and rods, you will pick up a ton of torque.
As for CR, you are going to need to CC the engine and equalize all
four cylinders. The dish is 5 cc's.
As an R16, with a virgin 1600 head the CR will be pretty low like
about 7.1:1 (pistons at zero deck.)
As an R20 around 8.0-8.5 depending on deck height.
Gonna need to know that head volume, ed-zac-a-re.
